PRESENTATION GUILDELINE

ATC'24 offers two presentation formats: on-site oral presentations and on-site poster presentations. Please note that all presented papers will be included in IEEExplore.

For oral presentations:

• Arrive at the presentation room 10 minutes before the session starts and check in with the session chair.
• Each presentation is allocated 18 minutes—15 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
• The room will be equipped with a projector and a laptop running PowerPoint on MS Windows, with a USB port available.
• Bring your PowerPoint file on a USB drive and copy it to the session room laptop before the session begins. Arrive 15 minutes early to introduce yourself to the session chair and provide some brief biographical details for your introduction.

For poster presentations:

• Each presenter will have a designated panel in the conference hall, marked with a session number.
• The poster has to be an A0 paper size (841 x 1189 mm)
• The panel size is 100 cm wide and 150 cm tall.
• Prepare your printed materials ahead of time.
• Adhesive tape for attaching your materials will be provided at the help desk.
• Please remove your materials 5 minutes before the end of the session.

Note: The presenters prepare the posters on their own
