PRESENTATION GUILDELINE

ATC'26 offers two presentation formats: on-site oral presentations and on-site poster presentations. Please note that all presented papers will be included in IEEExplore.

For oral presentations:

• Arrive at the presentation room 10 minutes before the session starts and check in with the session chair.
• Each presentation is allocated 18 minutes—15 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
• The room will be equipped with a projector and a laptop running PowerPoint on MS Windows, with a USB port available.
• Bring your PowerPoint file on a USB drive and copy it to the session room laptop before the session begins. Arrive 15 minutes early to introduce yourself to the session chair and provide some brief biographical details for your introduction.

Note: The presenters prepare the posters on their own
