Within the framework of the 2025 Autumn Economic Forum held in Ho Chi Minh City, on 26 November 2025, a working delegation from Quy Nhon University (QNU) led by Assoc. Prof. Dr Doan Duc Tung, Rector of the University, took part in a series of discussions and cooperation signing activities with TORmem Inc. (USA), the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ho Chi Minh City, along with many domestic and international enterprises and universities. The cooperation agreement aims to establish an alliance for the development of small scale artificial intelligence (AI) data centres – a collaborative model between Vietnamese enterprises and overseas Vietnamese experts in digital infrastructure technology and AI.
