To ensure that your accepted paper is properly included in the 2026 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC) Proceedings and submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, authors are required to carefully follow the instructions below.

ATC 2026: Camera-Ready Final Submission Instructions

Camera-Ready Final Submission Deadline: September 5, 2026

To ensure that your accepted paper is properly included in the 2026 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC) Proceedings and submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, authors are required to carefully follow the instructions below.

The official conference title is:
2026 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC)

Step 1: Final Paper Revision

Authors must carefully revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers’ comments and prepare the final version using the IEEE Conference Paper Template.

  • Address all relevant comments and recommendations from the reviewers.
  • Carefully proofread the manuscript.
  • Check the paper title, author names, affiliations, figures, tables, references, and overall layout.
  • Make sure that the manuscript follows the IEEE conference paper format.
  • Do not add page numbers, headers, or footers.
  • Prepare the final manuscript as a high-quality PDF suitable for IEEE conference publication.

IEEE manuscript templates for conference proceedings are available through the IEEE conference publishing resources.

Step 2: Check the Final PDF Format

Before uploading the final manuscript to EDAS, authors must carefully check that the PDF satisfies the IEEE conference publication requirements.

  • The manuscript strictly follows the IEEE conference paper format.
  • All fonts used in the PDF are embedded.
  • The PDF does not contain missing or substituted fonts.
  • Figures and tables are clear and readable.
  • All text, figures, tables, and references are within the permitted page margins.
  • The PDF does not contain page numbers, headers, footers, security settings, or other elements that may interfere with publication processing.
  • The PDF opens correctly and is free from formatting or display errors.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their final PDF is properly formatted and suitable for inclusion in the conference proceedings and subsequent IEEE publication processing.

Step 3: Complete Conference Registration

To be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete the required conference registration.

Registration and payment must be completed directly through the EDAS system.

Where required by EDAS, payment must be successfully completed before the final manuscript can be uploaded.

Authors must also ensure that the accepted paper is presented at the conference in accordance with the conference and IEEE publication requirements.

Step 4: Submit the Final Manuscript on EDAS

Authors must complete the final submission through EDAS.

  • Log in to your EDAS account.
  • Open your accepted paper.
  • Complete the required conference registration and payment.
  • Select the paper presenter.
  • Upload the final PDF manuscript.
  • Carefully review and update all paper information in EDAS.

In particular, please make sure that the following information is correct and consistent with the final manuscript: Paper title, Abstract, Author names, Author order, Author affiliations, and Presenter information.

The information recorded in EDAS will be used for preparing the conference proceedings and publication materials. Authors are therefore responsible for ensuring that all metadata in EDAS is accurate and consistent with the camera-ready manuscript.

Step 5: Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form

IEEE requires authors, or their employers where applicable, whose papers are intended for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF).

Authors must complete the IEEE copyright transfer process through the copyright link provided for their paper in EDAS.

Please ensure that the electronic copyright form is completed before the final publication process is closed.

Important Publication Requirements

ATC 2026 is eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Conference Publication Program (CPP). However, eligibility does not constitute a commitment by IEEE to publish the proceedings. The conference and its proceedings must satisfy IEEE publication and quality requirements.

Authors must therefore ensure that:

  • The final manuscript strictly follows the IEEE conference paper format.
  • All fonts are properly embedded in the final PDF.
  • The required conference registration and payment are completed.
  • The IEEE Electronic Copyright Form is completed.
  • The paper information in EDAS is consistent with the final manuscript.
  • The paper is presented at the conference as required.

Authors should not manually add IEEE publication markings, DOI information, copyright notices, or other IEEE publication identifiers unless specifically instructed by the Conference Organizers. Any required publication information will be handled during the final proceedings preparation process in accordance with IEEE requirements.
