Quy Nhon Vermicelli with Fish

This is the most famous specialty in the beautiful coastal city of Quy Nhon. The point that makes the difference compared to bun cha ca in other localities is the fish ball and the broth. 

The fish cakes here are made entirely from fresh fish with many spices carefully seasoned according to the heirloom method. Broth is mainly cooked from fish bones, fish head creates a pleasant, unforgettable sweetness. Served with fish vermicelli is a signature chili sauce that is prepared only in Binh Dinh.
